You won't be seeing it this week, but behind the scenes I'm working on adding Artwork support for SharePod! The first version will be read-only view of artwork, the following version will be full add/remove artwork.
I've got a working ArtworkDB parser, but haven't converted the binary images into anything viewable yet. Making progress though :)

hey jeff! thats absolutely great news! i think the artwork support will finally make it the best itunes alternative! a great feature would be if it'd be possible that SharePod could automatically fill all the mp3s the user adds with artwork from a DB. Title and Artist should enough information i hope? maybe the track length additionally. that'd be great, cause i got lots of songs without album information and iTunes doesn't fill these songs with artwork :( if SharePod could, it'd be awesome! Keep on doing it man! greets
It says there are two ways to help you out, one would be a paypal donation. I don't like throwing money at ebay, what's the other way?
Just wanted to thank you for publishing the SharePodLib! I used it, along with the iTunes COM library, to write a quick program to convert my iPod content to an iTunes library. Using your library took a lot less time than all the time I spent trying to hunt down a free program that would do what I wanted.
